Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payment via PayPal, direct bank transfer, debit cards and Klarna.
Q: How can we contact you?
A: All customer service is conducted through email. Our email address is Stephen@sa-bespokedesigns.co.uk. We will reply on weekdays!
Q: How long is the build time for my piece?
A: Each item is different depending on how many variables are introduced, generally from agreement of order to completion would be 3-4 weeks of production. Delivery is 1-2 days depending on the courier service.
Q: How do I supply my loved one's ashes?
A: Supplying the Ashes is an easy process. Once you place your order, we will send you an Ashes Pack to return to us. We only require a small amount of Ashes and any unused Ashes will be returned to you with your Jewellery.
Q: Can I get my ring refinished or repaired?
A: Yes, we can repair the finish or repair the inlay of your ring(s).
If the care instructions provided are followed, we would expect the ring to last for a long time without issue. If the finish becomes damaged, we would be able to repair it so long as there is no damage to the wood or metal of the ring.
This would be done free of charge so long as you, the purchaser cover the costs of postage. Please contact us ahead of sending the ring back to ensure it is feasible to repair before shipping.
